Week twelve day one of #wobsummer season as #woblife Coach. I have the honor of leading by example within Tree of Life Solutions Online Programs and #wordoverbody fitness ministry. This summer begins year nine with this spiritual, nutritional and physical journey. I have been on a straight incline with weight since 2022, when I finally hit my target weight of 220, I was lifeless. Absolutely no strength, light headed, moody and always thinking about food.
