Detailed description: During the winter season we intentionally count our weeks and days by keeping track of the scriptures with RHEMA words. Keeping a daily journal that includes our personal challenges being able to have a CHAT with the Lord provides the accountability that exposes mindsets, spiritual lifestyle and financial choices. Once those self destructive habits are identified, we can then begin the process to deliverance also called detox. With RE words the path to transformation both inside and out will physically manifest into a lifestyle of change. Fitness and nutrition proof are shared within TOL Solutions private groups, where weekly stats will be kept for accountability. Therefore, ultimately developing ROCK solid habits that impact our God's purpose. These new habits are then developed into applying those chosen letters over our bodies from the #wobalphabet. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
