I do not take for granted where I am in my life in this season. All five senses are being affected during this transformation. I feel like God is using this journey as spiritual surgery and Jesus is my only anesthesia. I'm no longer smoking weed and the temptation to return is furthering away from me. But now coming into week seven, I'm being pulled away from alcohol as a outlet as well. Last week in week six I know God told me to fast from drinking alcohol but I didn't. Now I'm down to the last 5 days of Clean Cooking & Eating Challenge and God is telling me today, "Pull away from those old ways".

Pray with me while I apply these two words over my body today in Jesus name.
These are my results from applying these two words over my body yesterday. I didn't get to the letter P but I did realize the spiritual warfare surrounding my workout. P - 20 sec plank U - reverse snow angels ✅ L - 10 leg raise to halo✅ L - 10 leg raise to halo✅ A - 15 crunch hold cycle✅ W - 10 squat jumps ✅ A - 15 crunch hold cycle ✅ Y - 10 lunges each leg ✅ CHAT: I confess I was so caught up in Sunday's religion of putting on church that I totally forgot to read my word and hear from heaven. I neglected my two RHEMA words and will never get that day back. Not only that I was instructed to consume communion but instead I partake into the old ways. I honor you Lord for showing me how easily getting caught in worldly pleasures can be and temptations to go further will occur. I ask you to forgive me Lord and I not only hit the reset button but I pull away from the familiarity of the old man as well. Thank you Lord for being that Ultimate Coach to perform spiritual surgery in me. I clearly heard those tree cutting machines with my spiritual ears this morning.
