These are my results from applying these two words over my body yesterday. I didn't get to the letter P but I did realize the spiritual warfare surrounding my workout.

Y - 10 lunges each leg ✅
CHAT: I confess I was so caught up in Sunday's religion of putting on church that I totally forgot to read my word and hear from heaven. I neglected my two RHEMA words and will never get that day back. Not only that I was instructed to consume communion but instead I partake into the old ways. I honor you Lord for showing me how easily getting caught in worldly pleasures can be and temptations to go further will occur. I ask you to forgive me Lord and I not only hit the reset button but I pull away from the familiarity of the old man as well. Thank you Lord for being that Ultimate Coach to perform spiritual surgery in me. I clearly heard those tree cutting machines with my spiritual ears this morning.
Hello Warrior, I definitely know we're in a season of being tested by God's fire. I'm not afraid of the trails & tribulations. Continually praying in the spirit always.
